The Deal

Established in 1979, M & K Commercials have a long successful history of providing their customers with commercial vehicle maintenance solutions and also pride themselves on being the Scania Service Dealer and tail lift agents for Norfolk.

MHA Larking Gowen assisted the vendors to sell M & K Holdings (Norwich) Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary M & K Commercials Ltd to TruckEast Limited enabling the major shareholder to pursue other business interests.
