MHA Larking Gowen assisted Concertus with acquisition services in relation to their purchase of The Energy Practice and a controlling stake in Carbon Chain Limited.
MHA Larking Gowen managed the process from start to finish, from valuing the target business, structuring the deal and composing the indicative offer letter, agreeing heads of terms, performing financial due diligence and managing the deal completion.
