Oillenium are a specialist e-learning training provider for the oil and gas offshore sector.
MHA Larking Gowen assisted the shareholders in the sale of the business to Petrofac plc, a FTSE100 company and one of the world’s leading provider of oilfield services.
Oillenium was a long-standing client of MHA Larking Gowen, and it was extremely satisfying to assist the company and watch it grow over those years before helping the shareholders realise the full value of their shares.
