MHA Larking Gowen assisted the shareholders with the sale of their shares by way of a company purchase of own shares, helping negotiate the main terms and structure of the deal.
MHA Larking Gowen helped negotiate a good deal for the shareholders, ensuring they received appropriate tax clearance in advance of the deal completing.
