Chancellor announces Furnished Holiday Let regime to be abolished from April 2025

During the Spring Budget 2024, the Chancellor announced the Furnished Holiday Let regime will be abolished from April 2025.

Although the draft legislation is yet to be published by the Government, we have outlined our current understanding of the impact of these changes in the brochure attached.
