This seminar is free of charge and being held at the Mills & Reeve office in Norwich.

The seminar will be led by Andrew Burwood and Rob Day, medical experts from Larking Gowen and law firm Mills & Reeve - early booking is recommended.

The content is tailored to GP Practices, PCN's, GP Federations and others associated with collaborative care delivery.
