Modern Slavery Statement
Larking Gowen is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.
As an inclusive employer, we're dedicated to creating and maintaining a non-discriminatory, respectful working environment for our people. We want all our employees to feel confident that they can report wrongdoing without risk to themselves.
Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and protected from abuse or coercion.
We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or overseas, that knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude, or forced or compulsory labour.
Our supply chain
Due to the nature of our business, we assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains as low. Our supply chains are limited, and we procure goods and services from a small, defined group of UK and international suppliers.

Ensuring that employees involved in procurement follow modern slavery procurement guidance available on GOV.UK.
-
Including consideration of modern slavery risks and prevention in our policy review processes, as both an employer and a procurer of goods and services.
-
Continuing to take action to embed a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.
