Larking Gowen awarded silver accreditation by Best Employers Eastern Region

Larking Gowen is proud to announce it has achieved silver accreditation from Best Employers Eastern Region (BEER), recognising our commitment to employee engagement and workplace excellence.

The accreditation follows a company-wide employee survey conducted over the summer, in which Larking Gowen scored in the top 25% of participating organisations across the region.

Judges commended the firm for its "comprehensive and well-integrated approach to flexibility, wellbeing, inclusion, and recognition," and praised its "clear commitment to development through structured pathways, CPD, and competency mapping." They also highlighted Larking Gowen's "culture of openness and accountability" demonstrated through employee voice and sustainability initiatives.
