Larking Gowen Corporate Transactions aids Ben Burgess to acquire Doubleday Group

East Anglia based farm machinery dealer Ben Burgess has completed the acquisition of fellow John Deere dealership, the Doubleday Group.

Larking Gowen provided corporate finance and tax advice to Ben Burgess, together with Buzzacott, a fellow member of PrimeGlobal.
