Larking Gowen are proud to support the upcoming ProspHER Fest in Norfolk.

ProspHER, led by Serena Fordham (a recent guest on our podcast Leadership & Life Chat – click here to listen), was founded to empower women to build bigger and better businesses, as well as to create an opportunity for women to network with their peers. Their innovative events are designed for women to gain inspiration, mentoring and support.

ProspHER Fest is a festival that celebrates local businesses, with keynote speakers, panel discussions, activities, mentoring and more!

Partner Becky Ames said, “There’s always more we can do in promoting gender equality in the workplace, and removing the barriers that many still face. We’re thrilled to support this event, engaging with women who understand the true value of women working at high levels, and owning businesses. These events are such a great way to help support, educate and inspire.”

Becky will be speaking on the day about the value of having a coach to help you achieve your goals. The event will feature workshops, speed-networking, an exhibitor village, dance and entertainment, as well as presentations on everything from climate change to technology.
