Larking Gowen recognised as a Keystone Employer as part of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for Norfolk and Suffolk

We're proud to have been recognised as a Keystone Employer as part of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for Norfolk and Suffolk.

The recognition reflects our commitment to remaining a business that prioritises training and development across our entire team. The relationships we develop with universities, colleges and schools locally are important to us allowing us to engage with students at an early stage and to shape our training and development programmes to reflect the evolving needs of the business and the wider economy of the region.

Julie Grimmer, Managing Partner at Larking Gowen, said: “Being recognised as an LSIP Keystone Employer reflects our long-standing commitment to career long training and development. By collaborating with education providers, industry partners and by understanding the skills and advice our clients need and value, we can ensure our training and development programmes respond to the skills businesses genuinely need. We continue to recognise the value of ongoing learning and development, seeing this as an important investment both in our business and in in the future of our region by creating opportunities for further progression and supporting economic growth.”

As an inclusive, people-focused firm, we are delighted to be recognised alongside other Keystone Employers and to play our part in continuing to shape training opportunities for the next generation of talent across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex and to support them in their individual journeys to strengthen the region's skills base.
