Lee Green

Lee joined Larking Gowen in 2003 and passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board Exams in 2014, winning various national awards. He was promoted to partner in April 2019.

He has a vast range of experience across all types of formal insolvency work and varying business sectors and has also been involved in handling deceased insolvent estates.

Recent assignments include:

• Heading up a large liquidation of a local charity, which operated numerous children’s nurseries along with other service provisions.

• Liquidations of a property construction company and an office furniture manufacturer company.

• Multiple solvent liquidations with distributed assets ranging from £30,000 to £10,000,000.

Lee is an affiliate member of the ICAEW and a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3). Lee sits on R3's Eastern Region committee.
